In order for everyone’s experience to be totally satisfactory we have the following service conditions:
- At check-in present identification documents of all persons who will be staying (including minors) to comply with Resolution 3840 of 2009.
- No show charge: The hotel will charge the nightly rate in case the guest does not show up at the hotel, having guaranteed the payment and confirmed the reservation.
- Hotel policy for early departure The hotel will not refund money to the guest for early departure.
- Check In: check in and room delivery from 3:00 p.m. onwards. In case you request to check in before this time (Early Check In) you must make the request in advance to validate that it is possible and will be charged an additional value.
- Check Out: room delivery time 12:00 m. If you need to check out later than the time established by the hotel (Late Check Out) you must previously request to reception, indicating the estimated time of departure in order to validate that it is possible and an additional value will be charged.
- Our priority is your experience, we want to take care of the sleep and tranquility of all, for this reason after 10:00 pm the noise should be moderate, inside and outside each room.

For use in wet areas:
- All children under 12 years of age MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children are not allowed to enter alone.
- It is forbidden to enter in a state of drunkenness or under the effect of psychoactive substances.
- It is not allowed any kind of violent games and races in the perimeter of the pond or pool. Diving is not allowed.
- Pets are prohibited, with the exception of guide dogs used by visually impaired persons.
- Bathers with visible wounds, lacerations or skin infections are not allowed to use the areas for the protection of other users.
- It is forbidden for bathers to wear chains, collars, shirts, or similar elements that allow mechanical entrapment.
- It is mandatory to wear a lycra bathing suit of a style that avoids the possibility of entrapment.
- For health reasons, it is not allowed to enter in street clothes or underwear.
- It is mandatory to use the shower and footbath every time you enter the pool.
- It is mandatory to wear a bathing cap.
- It is not allowed the entry of glass containers or containers, or material that constitutes a risk to the health and life of the bather.
- If you wish to eat or drink, you must do so outside the wetlands. For this purpose, there are areas such as kiosks.
- Refrain from using the pool in case of heavy rain or thunderstorms.
- Do not enter the bathing area.

WET AREAS SPA: 9am – 6pm
RECEPTION AND COFFETERIA: 7am – 10pm
HOTEL PARKING LOT ENTRANCE: 7am – 10pm
RESTAURANT: BREAKFAST: 6:30 am – 9:30 am, LUNCH: 12:30 am – 3:30 pm, DINNER: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
